  • Gift Certificate number must be quoted at the time of your booking.
  • Gift Certificate must be presented at your visit upon arrival of your treatment/service.
  • There are no extensions for expected Gift Certificates.
  • 24 hours notice for cancellation. With less than 24 hours notice 25% cancellation fee applies against the gift certificate.
  • In the case of a ‘no show’ 100% cancellation fee will be charged against the Gift Certificate.
